The hotel has had a much needed renovation & is looking amazing. Rooms & communal areas are very modern and brand new sunbeds at the pool. Great selection of food at breakfast.

Hotel has been totally refurbished to a very high standard. A lot of thought and attention to detail has gone into ensuring clients are comfortable and want for nothing! There are some lovely touches - too many to mention!
The only qualm we had is we paid for an Ocean View Room but was more a partial/side view - there appears to be only a handful of ‘true’ sea view rooms, so we’ll be mindful of this when booking next time. THIS WAS SOMETHING MINOR in an otherwise great stay.

The resort was really excellent, good facilities, staff very friendly, food varied with theme nights i.e. Chinese, Mexican and was good to excellent and catered for everyone. The only thing that let the restaurant down was lack of pest control with flies and birds i.e. a good net, as the birds flew towards the counters to get the food, thankfully everything was covered with lids The apartments were clean and very accommodating for those who want a self catering holiday, but from a family of...

Great holiday from start to finish.
Very nice, well designed hotel with lots of different areas for sunbathing and eating.
The food was excellent and the staff were very efficient, particularly in the restaurant.
The rooms were cleaned and towels and bedding changed daily.
All areas of the hotel were maintained to a high standard.
The 'natural' pool was particularly pleasant as it was heated.

Pleasantly surprised, as website pics made hotel seem very dated. Central location, large rooms so plenty of space for sofa beds. 5 min walk to sea, 15 min to Veronica's strip. Lovely pool, plenty of sun beds. A mix of activities during the day. Good breakfast buffet. Hotel not too big - plenty of places to chill out and relax. Near to shops, restaurants, 24 hr mini market, taxis, buses. Went with my 17 and 19 year olds - would go again - plenty for everyone. Siam Water Park - best I've been to...

We have just come back from our trip to tenerife and it was fantastic. We were looking at a few hotels and we are so glad we chose this one. The location is fantastic, a few minutes away from the beach, it has a supermarket next door and we did not need to use a taxi or car to go anywhere as all the main spots such as las americas, los cristianos, adeje were all in walking distance. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and helpful. The hotel itself has a large pool for adults and kids,...

As a person who likes the sun there was plenty of room around any of the pools to lounge at. Many eating places to cater for whatever tastes. Noise from the main party strip was minimal, so disturbance to sleep wasn't an issue.

One of the nicest places I've stayed at. Staff were really friendly, always asking if we needed anything. And rooms were really nice, we had a sea view room which was amazing. Beds were really comfortable and everything was really organised. They also had a lot of information at reception about excursions and which places to visit, they were able to order you a taxi or you could use the free shuttle service they had. So impressed. Will be visiting again.

This is one of these best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s fairly close to tourist activities with a great sea view. The staff made us feel welcomed, and was greeted everyday (even by the cleaners and electricians)
You could tell that everyone was happy and enjoyed working within this hotel.
Upon arrival our bags were collected and was given a welcoming drink. After checking in, we were escorted to our room by a friendly staff. I was also surprised with free champagne and a birthday balloon...
