"An upgrade was requested for a better room. I was moved 1 floor down to a premium room as I didn't like the look of the ceiling. The view was not much different as it was only 2 doors down on the lower floor. The new room hand towels in the bathroom had dirty brown stains. When I wiped my face the towels had an awful smell. On entering the bathroom the toilet seat was up as though someone had used the bathroom. The pillow cases on the bed were not clean. They were just turned over to the other side. The housekeeper at the previous room before moving prior did a far better job with the cleaning. Staff were friendly. Lounge was great. Beautifully decorated hotel"

"L’accueil était parfait, je me sentait bien et la visite du lieu était très clair et bien fait. Les toilettes et douches étaient très propre. Le savon, le shampooing et les serviettes étaient inclus. On avait des cases par terre pour ranger nos affaires. Le staff étais très performant et toujours en train d’entretenir les lieux. Le seul point négatif ce serait qu’il étaient plutôt difficiles de monter dans ma cabine puisqu’elle était très haute et que l’échelle et les prises étaient très ordinaire. Une personne agée ou limitée physiquement n’arrivait pas à monter dans sa cabine c’est certains! Mais sinon tout était parfait. Je recommande fortement à n’importe qui. Très bien situé d’ailleurs, 5 min à pied de la gare pour le métro du centre ville ."
