We have always enjoyed the accommodation and the food has always been of excellent quality but we have had cause to complain in the past due to the service being rather too efficient and we would have preferred a slightly more relaxed approach in the dining room. Property was extremely clean, had fantastic staff and brilliant location. Both Aruman and Paulina were extremely helpful and went out there way to help. Apartment was spotless and had everything you needed. highly recommend.

We had a wonderful weekend, the sun was shining so the outdoor pool was a must. We opted for Collette's restaurant in the evening, the food was divine and attention and service first class. The grounds are amazing with lovely water features, plants and contemporary design ornaments. A great weekend in fab hotel.

Fantastic accommodation and setting. We loved our stay in the copper castle. The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and the goats outside the accommodation are very friendly!

Booked this as a 4-day retreat for the family as wanted a self-catered location to cater for my 3yr old and 5m baby. On arriving there was a customised hamper snacks for us and the kids plus all the essentials (milk, bread, butter etc) which included fresh eggs from the farm. Stayed in the junior suite, very clean, extremely spacious. Very large and comfortable king size bed. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

We stayed here for two nights either side of my investiture at Windsor Castle. The location for Windsor Castle could not have been better. The Castle is pretty much across the road. The concierges were both exceptionally helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Whenever I'm down that way, the Bird in Hand is always the first place I look for availability. Not the biggest place but then the attraction is that it isn't one of those sterile chain hotels. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, the beds are comfortable, the meals plentiful and the breakfast filling. All in all the perfect stopover.

Our one night stay at the Compleat Angler was lovely. While the building and room could do with a bit of an update, the overall experience was lovely. The staff were friendly; the room was spacious with a very comfy bed; and the amenities were excellent.

Lack of signage to the hotel at Terminal 3 arrivals hall resulted in a frustrating and annoying trek around terminal 3. One vital sign directing guests down the ramp and on towards terminal 2 is missing and so there is no indication where the hotel is.

Good room, although it did smell a little as if it had been cleaned with a dirty cloth. Beds were very soft, but food was excellent and good value
