"Well from the welcome to the last minute we could not fault this place. Location fantastic with great views of the River Dee. All the staff weee super friendly even the manager/owner! We checked in slightly early at 13:30pm, had a couple of drinks in the bar to then later on having evening meal all fab. Plenty of choice on the menu and delicious.. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The shower super powerful. Sockets either side of the bed as well. The breakfast was really good...

"As a family with a disabled child we had a lovely stay in Macdonald Craxton Wood Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and check in was smooth. The family room was nice and spacious, however the addition of a wheelchair accessible family room would be a bonus. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of hot and cold options. Whilst we didn't use the spa, it looked very clean and luxurious. The pool was very nice as well as the changing rooms, with the addition of complimentary...
