"This hotel had a great, helpful staff but is old and outdated. The sheets had many stains and fan and AC was very loud and smelled like mold. The breakfast buffet was awesome and there were nice views from the rooms. Lunch and dinner options were not as great, but still ok. I will say that the location is good and there were lots of restaurants and shops working walking distance. We will return to Acapulco but will not stay here again. "

My only complaint was in the description of my room it said there was a private hot tub which there was not and it was very noisy from the streets but I did have a room with a balcony so I’m sure that played into it. Asides from that it was an amazing stay and I will definitely do it again. "
