I booked a short break at this hotel as previous reviews were good and I was not disappointed. On checking-in I was told that my wife and I had been upgraded and so we had a suite that looked like it had never been used before. It was smart and roomy and we couldn't believe our luck. During our stay we took breakfast twice; it wasn't cheap but it there was loads of choice and the room was beautiful and light. We also ate by the pool one day which was good. Only recently opened, this hotel is simply splendid - stylish, well equipped and staffed by the most friendly & professional staff I have ever come across (& I have stayed in some wonderful hotels around the world) Lovely roof top pool & bar, nice restaurant with terrace & quietest aircon I have experienced (& if that's not enough fast reliable wifi too !)

This hotel is very well situated above the marina with a great view across the bay from the terrace bar to Palma Cathedral. I travelled with my elderly mother and although the hotel has a lot of steps she was able to manage well. Staff are universally friendly and helpful. There is a small selection of bar meals which was very good. The cost of food and drinks is very reasonable considering the surroundings and service. We never ate dinner in the main restaurant but the breakfast had an...

What a gem! Beautifully refurbished hotel. Ultra modern and quirky design. Staff go above and beyond. Great welcome on arrival with champagne and chocolates on a private balcony. We were upgraded to a balcony double room overlooking the bay. Spacious and luxurious the circular bath was a nice surprise. We would definitely revisit.
Great that the hire car was parked for you even iif you opted for the free on street parking. Good location just a 5 minute up hill walk to the main cafes and...

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The staff are all so friendly and so willing to help with your every need. The rooms are great and the bed is amazingly comfortable. The roof top area is brilliant with fantastic views. This was our 3rd visit and we’d happily come back time and time again.

We arrived at Concepcio by Nobis and we were greeted by the lovely hotel manager who welcomed us and gave us a tour of the hotel. Every single thing about the hotel was perfect, the decor was SO aesthetic and the food/drinks were gorgeous. However, above everything was the service. We have never met such attentive, kind, funny, lovely staff members before. They truly care for you and made our stay so much more special. Thank you so much to the cleaners, chefs, bar staff, waiting on staff,...

Perfect edge of old town position allowed us to access all fabulous Palma attractions easily and giving a wonderful walk along the walled ramparts and along the Cathedral and its grounds.
All the staff were excellent and very helpful in every respect possible.
The sky breakfast terrace is a super treat.

Having travelled the world extensively for many years we have stayed in many hotels but this boutique hotel stands out as probably the best overall experience we have ever had anywhere. The hotel is situated on a beautiful, tree-lined boulevard in the most select part of the city. Our room (number 6) was palatial and very quiet at all times. It was furnished and decorated to an exceptional standard with a huge, comfortable bed, superb bathroom and our own private courtyard with potted plants....

We arrived at fhe hotel at 10pm with a warm and friendly check in during which we were both served a glass of cava. We were upgraded to a Junior suite as we were celebrating our anniversary during our visit.. The room was tastefully decorated with lovely little touches to help make your stay very comfortable. It is the first hotel I have stayed in that had ghd hair straighteners and ghd hairdryer. The room also had a nice balcony overlooking the bar terrace. Breakfast was excellent with...

very classy-if 14th Century paintings are your thing--and the odd suit of armour- oh and GOLF-
Exceptionally comfortable beds -the first bathroom I've ever actually coveted-French brass fittings
-nice pool/s (indoor and out) -restaurant expensive if compared to Palma prices (20 minutes by bus -every 1/2 hour out -on the hour back) breakfast buffet excellent.
Nice touch in room --a special drawer that housed a collection of glasses -so appropriate one for whiskey/Cava/wine could be used.
