Amazing!!! Staff was so welcoming and helpful. The rooms were wonderful. They went out of their way to get my family in conjoined rooms and the best views too. The pools were amazing. I wish we had stayed longer it was a beautiful resort!!

We have just returned from a four day stay , we loved every minute in this hotel , the staff were very friendly and polite. The saltwater pools were lovely, very warm and no rush for a sunbeds here. Beautifully landscaping gardens leading to the pools. The breakfast was plentiful lots of choice and all the food was fresh and hot. We visited the spa excellent facilities, warm pool and the water beds were great so calming and relaxing. We booked a superior room which was well worth the money we could see all over Palma from the balcony and had a full view of the cathedral. We will definitely return some day

We got food poisoning in the resturang under lunch time so not so good. But otherwise very helpful staff and good service. Very nice pool area. But unfortunat that the pool bar is so far away should be one just 10-15 meters insted. Insted poolstaff have to run back and forward.

This was probably the best hotel stay I’ve had. The staff were absolutely incredible and so attentive. It truly felt like they couldn’t be happier to get you whatever you needed which was great and the lovely Juan Carlos gave us some great restaurant recommendations! The room was comfy, clean, and well cared for and the spa was lovely to relax in. Wish we could’ve stayed longer but would definitely recommend and would definitely book again!

My wife and I had a super short break at the hotel - staff were charming, bedroom was perfect - and dining was excellent - a bit of a yomp if you want to walk into Palma town centre but lots of buses passing near hotel and a taxi ride is not expensive - we will stay again.

I have just moved to Palma, and for the first week I wanted to relax and the kids to enjoy somewhere to play. It was everything I wanted and more, I couldnt of àsked for anything else! It was a fantastic stay.
