"Outstanding service with amazing dining. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at Concepcio. The room was amazing and all the hotel staff could not have been better. Everything from breakfast in the morning to dinner and drinks in the evening were exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed - chic but blending in beautifully with its ancient architecture. "We were traveling around Mallorca and wanted to be out of the city but closer to the beach. This hotel was wonderful!! They were very attentive to us and made sure our stay was exceptional. Checked us in and showed us to our room, didn't show us how to operate anything and the room lighting system is awful. It's digital button operated for everything, good luck getting a light on at night. The air conditioning is Mediocre. The bathroom was tiny and the "terrace" was an interior terrace open to nothing. "This is my second stay, and it was even better than the first (and it is definitely not the last). While it's a full five-star hotel, it's not so big, so that it feels more like a club than an impersonal hotel. But it has all the necessary facilities.
