"Two words . BLACK MOLD.
After my first night my chest was hurting and i couldn't understand why. The second night it felt like i was coming down with something and i started coughing up green phlegm. I was out all day and wheni came back to the room i was in pain again. I looked all over and then shine my flashlight into the Air Conditioner duct. It was COMPLETELY COVERED IN BLACK MOLD. i took a video and went down to show them. They Started looking for other rooms to put me in. After seeing...

"I had a 22 day stay while visiting around Yangon. The best part about this hotel was the staff. Everyone that worked there was friendly and kind. That fact alone makes this a great place to stay.
This was a 5 star stay at budget friendly prices. "

This charming hotel is set in extensive private grounds in a quiet district of Yangon. It provided us with just the calm retreat from the busy city. Lovely pool, comfortable room, excellent food and helpful staff. I cannot find any fault.

We stayed here for the first three nights of our Myanmar trip.
The hotel staff were extremely friendly, very helpful and always attentive.
The hotel itself looked a bit shabby on the outside (a pressure washer would fix about 90% of this, and pigeon spikes would deter the birds a lot more) but once you walked through the entrance way it was very fresh, the aircon hit you and everything looked clean and well maintained.
Our rooms were lovely and a very good size (balcony rooms). The...

The hotel is clean and the staff extremely helpful and speak well in English.
The swimming pool is not available due to renovation work and this did not matter to us as we were there only for 4 days and wanted to go out and explore. The Shwedagon pagoda is only a walking distance and the other attractions can be reached by taxis which are relatively cheap and you can nogotiate the price first.
The breakfast is good with plenty of choice.

Fantastic hotel, and service. Breakfast was a huge variety and great coffee, staff are very attentive and helpful, and beds are very comfortable with large rooms. Pool is long enough to fitness swim in and clean.

I went to Yangon for work and this hotel was very well located, close enough to the centre but far from all the noise and crowds. the room was great and the staff one of the most friendliest I have met. The food was good (I missed some brown bread, but nothing else).

The hotel is in a nice location with a 7-11 type shop nearby. Its a short (very cheap) taxi ride to all the main attractions, restaurants and the bars of 19th street.
The decor of the hotel is nice and the rooms are of a decent size with large beds and nice bathrooms. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day with fresh towels being delivered. Also the WiFi was excellent throughout our stay

This is a charming place to stay. Excellent value for money, nice pool, good food. The bedrooms are quite dated but large and comfortable, parquet flooring and bespoke 1950’s colonial furniture is lovely but can be less insulated so noisy neighbours could be an issue.
