"Stayed there on May 14 2026 at room 2025. Excellent Room service. They even did room service in the evening when I went out for dinner. They refilled all the stuff that I used. Afternoon high tea and evening drink and snacks mini buffet at 24 floors is excellent view, service and good food."

"So exceptional is The Excelsior - so absolutely perfect in every detail - that it'll amaze you - without any exceptions. Its gorgeously fitted out; the staff and extremely gracious and it has abundant unique features that make a stay so memorable.
