Don’t let outside appearances fool you; Inside you will find a well kept and somewhat upscale hotel with all the amenities and more than you would expect for a budget hotel. The staff are friendly. Speak English reasonable well and are very accommodating. The breakfast were good and on our last day because we had an earl y flight they packed us a breakfast to go, The area is older and there is a lot of street activity (great for people watching) and we felt totally safe. Walking distance to the main train station.
