I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there from the moment I checked in to the minute I walked out. The check in was a breeze. Every staff member was friendly and helpful as well as professional and efficient at the same time. The property was relatively new, so it was very clean. Facilities and amenities are of good quality. Food was plenty and fresh. I am usually hard to be pleased, but this hotel is an exception. Also, I feel obligated to mention the name of a staff. It was no one else but Harry, who upgraded my room to a premium deluxe. It was a corner room on the 11th with breathtaking views. I will surely come back. Our family got food poisioning at the hotel after eating their food. The hot water served was yellow and the hotel staff tried to cover it up by saying that the pot in which the water was served in a coffee pot, hence the discoloured water was due to coffee stains, and it isn't dirty water. There was no effort in owning the responsibility, instead, we were made to sign a disclaimer. This shows that the hotel tried to shirk all responsibility. Terrible service from a reputable hotel chain. The room I booked was supposed to have the river view and have executive lounge access, but it was not delivered as promised. A horrible amd disappointing stay at Pullman. I've never felt more welcomed than in Pullman hotel in Yangon.
