All of staff are very friendly and polite. Also, room is nice. In the hotel there are good Japanese restaurant. Staff was always nice and inviting and there was a piano they allowed you to play in the bar area. When I've faced Wi-Fi connection trouble, they were willing to support it. Room was clean and tidy, there were necessary amenities, free bottle of mineral waters,etc. Location was also walkable to the city center. Mrs Kay & Anna We initially booked for 24 nights. But my daughter and I planned to go for meditation retreat, so we asked the reception if they allowed us to checkout for 10 days and check back in thereafter. They allowed and agreed to what we requested. Overall all the hotel and restaurant staffs have been very polite and nice to us throughout our stay. We felt very welcome and it's rare to see the whole team with such positive attitude towards their services. Well done and we sincerely thank you to all the staffs at Park Royal Yangon for making our stay memorable.
