This time, our room was not cleaned all day and even after asking for it to be done before going to dinner, we returned to find it still not cleaned. A subsequent request for towels and water had to be made twice. The balcony offered one chair - no table, no seating for a second person. No usable outlets anywhere near the bed. Stains on the corridor carpet. Feels like a place that is coasting on the past; as many other reviews have noted, it needs refurbishment. A little attention would go a long way - this doesn't need to become a clone of the big international hotels, but some basics seem to be forgotten. The rooms are spacious though, and the pool and grounds are still beautiful.
