"A clean, spacious room overlooking the marina with all the expected amenities. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection together with the option of cooked to order options. The hotel certainly lived up to expectation, a shame Swansea didn’t."

"I recently visited this amazing place while in town for a wedding although not at this location and I’m genuinely impressed. The property has everything you could possibly need. I’m convinced they might have the best steam room and sauna on the planet; if relaxation were a sport, this place would win gold. Despite check‑in normally being at 3 p.m. I had traveled quite a long way, and the staff kindly prepared my room early. Their helpfulness deserves its own five‑star rating. I also dined at the at the restaurant and, honestly, the food was so good I briefly considered canceling all my future meal plans. Truly exceptional. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Great facilities, fantastic food, and a staff that goes above and beyond what more could you ask for"
