Very friendly, pleasant and helpful staff. Especially the receptionist Jen. Very spacious and clean room.

The Hotel & staff were excellent really good breakfast included with our deal

Really nice hotel, fantastic food and beer, breakfast was great too

Very good location - very close to town centre. Quirky rooms in main hotel. Great continental breakfast (NO COOKED)

Great first impressions upon arrival, interior decor makes it feel luxurious and staff were attentive; nothing was too much trouble. Lack of parking nearby is the only downside and was more because of how bad the weather was, but convenient for walking into the center in the evening.

The room and inside of the hotel were fab. It was very comfortable and clean. Don’t be put off by a dated exterior. The inside is lovely, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was good quality - no complaints. The park and ride is right next door for an easy trip into Chester. We had a happy stay.

Great place to stay although just for constructive feedback there were areas that appeared to be forgotten, it has 4 stars on trip advisor but could easily slip to 3, for instance the entrance for guests to access their rooms appears slightly unkempt carpeting needed hoovering and paint work could do with a good wash down, this is first impressions. The rooms were comfortable but again areas of dusting appeared not to happen or had not been checked. The bathroom could do with the grouting to be...

Service exceptional from the start , food was really good . Had a spa which looked very inviting but sadly no time to use it . Would visit again.

Perfect location and great service. The staff could not be more helpful. Parking easy and amenities good. Breakfast was lovely. Rooms a little tired but perfectly ok. The only slight downside is the room temperature which was a little on the hot side but overall it was great and we would stay again.

Location was a bit rural for us but otherwise couldn't fault it!

Fantastic place to stay. Wendy was lovely and very welcoming. In a good location for many activities. Would recommend to all

Reception and cleaning staff very friendly. Excellent location and dog friendly. Nice and quiet.

Perfect hotel for our girlie weekend. Central location, beds were super comfy, great choice for breakfast and freshly cooked. Would highly recommend.
