"We were upgraded upon checking at no cost, which was a lovely treat. Reception staff were very nice. Didn't use the spa but have heard good reports from friends who have. Breakfast was good, but don't leave it to late to go as it becomes a bit hectic. Room was very nice, comfy and very clean. Good products in the bathroom and room facilities"

"Great hotel , lovely breakfast, excellent staff , very clean rooms , gorgeous comfy beds just disappointing that no twin rooms had a river view . Lovely stay though and would recommend"

"Property was clean and tidy. Shower was spacious however room was very noisy even on the 10th floor and hot, fan was offered in the room as no air con available. Potentially could do with some updates and offer blackout blinds/curtains "
