Accommodation, communication, cleanliness, comfort all impeccable - all modern commodities and tastefully decorated. It's more of a mini-apartment than a hotel room and way exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back! The only criticisms I have are that we were not informed that there was no direct access by car to the hotel because they are currently resurfacing the street and that they only provided x1 keycard for the room and were told no when we asked for a 2nd card.

There are three key things that made our stay here so enjoyable. Firstly, it is a beautiful, boutique hotel with an attention to detail in the stylish, comfortable and well-equipped rooms. Secondly, we hadn’t quite realised how perfectly placed the location of the hotel was. It is ideally located to take in Palermo and a moments walk away from the square at the centre of all the action. Thirdly, all of the staff across our four days were so incredibly helpful and seemed genuinely keen to help...

First off, the location is great! This is a really nice area of Palermo, with loads of designer shops around, as well as nice bars and restaurants. It's a 6 min walk from Teatro Politeama, where you can get on and off the airport shuttle bus and most day trips start from there too. It's about 20 min walk to the old town centre straight down the main road (Via Libertà). Super easy. We had such a great stay here. The room was so stylish and comfortable, and the staff were so helpful in showing us how to get around Palermo. Everywhere we wanted to go was in 20-30 mins walking distance which was perfect. Thanks to Fillipo who got in touch before our stay via WhatsApp and book us transport from the airport which was super helpful.

We stayed in this beautiful property for 2 nights. The check in was very smooth by a friendly staff. The room was nice and clean. The 4 courses dinner including drinks with generous portions only charged for €25. We would love to come back in the near future!

A delightful and peaceful place to stay in the historic centre of Palermo. Really nice friendly welcome, very clean and spacious bedroom, and a good breakfast. And probably the best pizza pace in the city directly opposite! We were catching a night ferry to Naples at the end of our stay, so not only did our hosts allow us to leave our luggage, they also invited us to relax in the residents' lounge until it was time to leave for the port, and ordered a taxi for us. Great location, very clean rooms, beds comfortable and staff very attentive. Property secure and safe. Breakfast and lunch menu very good but no real dinner menu which is the only downside but that’s not a problem there’s plenty of excellent restaurants on your door step.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel I can't speak highly enough of it. The staff were excellent, particularly the manager Mario who helped us when we got into difficulties with stolen wallet on the bus!. We had a standard room which was surprisingly luxurious. Buffet breakfast was excellent with extras no extra charge. The hotel is in a very quiet street but within easy walking distance to the main attractions. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent service central old town location with secure parking 200 meters. Aurora and Guessipi Were perfecto. From the street One walks into a magnificent interior design accommodation great for dogs with large garden and lounge area.

The hosts were welcoming and friendly. Homemade food was delicious each night. Our terrace view room was comfortable and made up fresh each day. We highly recommend this slice of Sicilian paradise.

Ad Hoc Rooms is a family run B&B which gave it a homely feel. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean, spacious and with plenty of storage space for your clothing. Breakfast had a good choice to suit all tastes and was served either in the sheared living space or the spacious veranda. During your stay you had the freedom to use the kitchen which gave you access to coffee, tea and cold water. Ad Hoc Rooms is in a fantastic location with plenty of restaurants, shops and local...

We had a beautiful spacious, well equipped room including a sauna room in the bathroom. Stephi and Elanora were very helpful -nothing was too much trouble Breakfast was included -plenty of choice even though nothing was cooked. Good communication pre visit and especially with late self check in Would definitely recommend -great location too in the old part of Palermo -5 minutes from the cathedral
