My problem was that I booked a stay(prepaid)through Expedia for the wrong day (May 17) asked Expedia if they could just change to the correct day (May 19)they said I would have contact the hotel, the number on the Expedia site was not valid, I emailed them, they sent me back to Expedia. Expedia said that it was up to the hotel. Back and forth! Never got a resolution. Ended up booking for the correct day and just loosing the $200 I already paid "

"Room generally quiet and safe good tv bed quite nice good blanket and sheet. Shower a bit hard to set tempreture and also ventialtion of shower room insufficient but can leave door open and use aircon."

"The staff was very helpful, it was very easy to check-in and check-out. Breakfast was great. We also ordered some desserts from the restaurant, they arrived quick and were delicious. The view from the room was beautiful. Could have a coat hanger and luggage bench in the room. Not a smart TV and not many channel options."

"Love it there. But Building construction beside the reception at the hotel close to our room was a bit noisy if you like to sleep in or have an afternoon rest. If so book well away from that area in a room at the far end. "
