The room was bright and spacious and spotlessly clean. All staff we had interactions with were very nice to deal with and efficient. The bar is great - staff are great and a nice place to sit and have a drink. Would definitely stay again.

You really can’t beat the location! We had a room overlooking the water, and there was more than enough space for two people. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Since we were celebrating our honeymoon, they left us a lovely card and sent up a complimentary dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch. The valet service was also quick and seamless. We would absolutely stay here again if we’re ever back in Auckland!

Hotel was charming and rooms are very clean. Also centrally located. Staff was nice and helpful, but a few times they seemed to struggle to understand us. Could have been that we were using American terms they didn't understand.
