This hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay. From food, casino, spa, shopping, lovely outdoor water and staff are lovely too. I usually come here to get a break and relax. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. I would say the parking for VIP needs alot of work and has gone up from £15.00 to £20.00. I have a disability and have to use it due to mobility issues. But if you use the casino or shopping or food, its £3.00 or free. So it doenst make sense. Apart from the parking in VIP...

Stunning Hotel Spa, room was superb, every staff member was happy and had time for you. The bar food was great & the resturant food the next day was very tasty. Was an absolutely pleasure to stay there, coulfnt failt it.

This hotel is excellent in ever way from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave very warm staff ,just a lovely place to relax and unwind

This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in for business or pleasure- the beds were perfect, as were the duvet thickness and pillow softness, both of which I've often found to be a problem at hotels. The room was clean and well thought out, as were all the...

Wow! What a find. The staff, food, rooms, parking…everything was top notch. We will definitely return. Thank you for a super stay.

Breakfast and dinner are extremely good. Very reasonable prices and high quality

The room was clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, loved that it was a buffet. Enjoyed the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Area is nice and secluded, has an element of peace and quiet.

It's been great Comfortable enough Not overly expensive Came the week before Christmas so Christmas activities on, which my 3 year old loved! We're vegan and they accommodated for us at breakfast All the staff have been super lovely. For us/the price, so much easier than coming to Thomasland last year We'd stay here again Do have to pay for car parking (we paid £7 for both nights) which isn't obvious.

Lovely friendly and welcoming staff, room was lovely and we had a great stay, thank you (Only side note shower in Monarch room was a bit rubbish)

Just what we required. The hotel is also next door to the steam railway. Lovely

Lovely stay, everything was clean, breakfast was great and will definitely stay here again

Big conference hotel but about as cosy as they come. Very nice.

What a lovely surprise! This is a beautiful hotel in every way. The rooms are astonishing with so many little details. The renovations are incredibly impressive. The staff were fabulous. And the breakfast lovely. A truly relaxing stay and a great find.

Great.
