"Mason and Fifth was a wonderful brand new hotel with amazing amenities and staff that are so personable and go above and beyond. Rooms were small but had everything we needed in order to make coffee, a quick breakfast and the beds were very comfortable. "

"The only negative was the bathtub, very high (difficult to enter/exit) and narrow. Everything else was great! Little treats and notes made it special. "

"Close to the airport, however, you have to pay for the shuttle, and it only runs once per hour, which is not fully explained when you inquire and/or book the shuttle. There are also three Radisson properties on the same road: Radisson Hotel and Conference Center, Radisson Red (these two are connected, and the shuttles/Bolt/Uber know them as Radisson Red), and then further down the road is Radisson Blu. Make sure you know which property you are going to!"

"Long walk inside terminal to hotel but the hotel is on the airport campus. It was a nice more modern hotel and that was welcome at the end of our long vacation. Good reliable place to stay especially if you need to catch a plane at LHR the next day."
