"Room was spacious, clean; we loved the small fridge and large shower. We heard no noise from other rooms. The breakfast menu was wide and the food was plentiful: an omnivore and a vegan, we were both well catered for. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good for Temple Meads station & the river."

"Great hotel. Small room but had everything we needed and very modern. Not enough staff at breakfast time but those working did their very best. Would have been lots of choice if they could keep up with the top ups but some greedy people took more than they needed which meant things ran out quickly. Was an extremely busy weekend. We would definitely stay again when in the area. Lovely bar. Didn’t use leisure facilities. Nice addition having a Starbucks on site. "

"The bed was narrow not very comfortable with a tendency for one of us to roll into the middle and the other roll out of the bed! The pillows were not at all comfortable"

"Nice hotel, located close to the train station and walkable distance to shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful in answering our questions, and they stored our luggage while we waited for the check in time (our flight arrived early in the morning) allowing us to walk around without our bags in the morning. Our kids liked having separate beds in the family room."

"Overall experience was good except for the extra cot they had put in the family room. Only because it was supposed to be used by a kid they probably thought of leaving it uncomfortable. The mattress on the cot was so so horrible each and every spring in that created a bump and that bump was felt terribly on the back even a kid could not sleep on it. "
