"The hotel was lovely. It was in walking distance to the bus and train station and all the attractions in Limerick. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We worked with Siobhan, who helped us check in, get breakfast vouchers, and called us a cab in the morning. She was great! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Comfy beds. "It was a nice place to stay. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. The only thing we had issues with was the noise. We stayed 3 nights, and every night the hotel had an event with loud music and lots of people. It really wasn't bad, except that the we needed to open the windows to cool the room and then it was a bit louder. On top of that we could hear the people above us stomping around, and the 5am wake up call from their baby wasn't much fun either. Understand that babies are going...

"Lovely hotel,great location , friendly and helpful staff.only downside was the room. Fantastic size but the bathroom door had warped and wouldn’t close without a mighty shove and the radiator made a hissing noise all night . Would stay again though ."

"The staff is awesome! The restaurant & spa are awesome! You should know that this hotel is in 2 halves. Half is historical. The other half has elevators and air conditioning. Know when you book which side you are booking. Despite being on the “wrong” side at the end of a long trip, the staff did everything possible to make it enjoyable for us."
