We stayed for 1 night - On arrival early morning the Reception Staff were very professional- friendly and allowed us to drop our luggage off before we could check in. Once we went back later on Check-in was so quick the staff had taken our luggage to our room which was very nice. The Room was ideal for our stay - very clean and facilities were great - we had a good nights sleep (bed was so comfortable). The Belgrave Hotel never lets us down. We have stayed here a few times over the past few years and it is always a great experience. The staff are all lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them, the rooms are spotlessly clean with everything you need for a break away and breakfast is spot on. I always highly recommend this hotel to family and friends

Great stay. Everything as expected

Good location

The location of the hotel is close to tube as well as excellent bus routes into the city. There's plenty of takeaway locations and supermarkets for collecting food. The staff were incredibly friendly and couldn't have done any more to help. And i loved that they had drinks and snacks for sale at the reception. Perfect after a long day The room was a bit of a strange layout, but i quite liked in, and enjoyed the separate sofa and work area in the room. I would happily stay at this hotel again

Would highly recommend Z hotel covent garden. Convenient location, staff are really friendly and the hotel is clean and tidy. Excellent value for the location too.

Always reliable and affordable

The inside of the hotel is lovely, really friendly staff and the breakfast was great too. The hotel is located in zone 2 which is ideal and has a lot of shops and a shopping centre about a 3 minute walk away. Close to the underground as well so I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Simply put, this hotel is excellent. Clean, cozy, fresh, friendly, LOVE the blackout curtains- could've slept for days, loads of sockets, great location for the market and transport. I've paid three times the price to stay at other hotels in London, and none of them felt as welcoming, or personal or well maintained. Thanks for a lovely couple of days!

Breakfast was as good as expected

From our arrival at the property we felt very welcome and comfortable. From Marks initial greeting on reception to all orher aspects of our stay we were extremely happy. This business , 52.years in the making with Marks father and uncle is a very slick family run outfit. All staff we encountered including chambermaids were exceptional. They could all not be more helpful and gave valuable information where needed about things like where to get the Uber boat from rather than walking to the City...

We loved the room very comfortable bed nice shower we used the Bluetooth Speaker that was good half an hour away from Leister Square in London went to the bar in Ruby Stella nice Atmosphere
