"Brilliant stay. Hotel was great. Staff freindly and helpful. Hotel in a good place for travelling to the arena and Bullring and grand central. Breakfast good. Would stay again. Strange set up re car park and getting to the room but once aware it was easy."

"Staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival and later in the evening in the bar. Our room was on the first floor and was very clean and comfortable. The only negative was the very strong smell of drugs being smoked on the first floor near our room. I appreciate that this is difficult for the hotel to police, but it did spoil the stay."

"The room was very small, but functional. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and linens, and quiet. Check in was almost too quick - I had a hard time catching everything she was saying. Super convenient to rail station and many restaurants. Great value for money but if you are a large person who has trouble in small places you might want to try somewhere else."

"The bed is 406 was really creeky. Also the mattress was very soft. It didn't spoil our stay but a little uncomfortable. No eggs at breakfast on Monday or decaf tea. "
