"We stayed there for a night. Easy enough to get to from the airport. It’s in quite an industrial part of the area but seemed safe and secure. It’s a newly built 3 story hotel. Small rooms but clean, perfect for the night or a quick stay. Everything was brand new. Check in/out was quick and simple. Breakfast was included and had some good options. Would recommend people to stay here. "

"Staff were great! Clean facilities but the building itself is very old so its presented as clean as it can be being old. There is currently roadworks right outside so was woken by diggers on Saturday morning. But once the work is complete it should be nice and quiet."

"This was a great option for the airport and had easy transfer and parking. The room was very dated and there were patches of water damaged wood in the bathroom, there was also some paperwork from the previous occupier that had not been cleaned and were still on the desk. also stains on the bed spread. I liked the convenience of being able to park outside the room and leave the car there for the duration of our time overseas. It was a functional room for the little time that we stayed there....

"Ascotia off Queen cannot be beaten on value for money and service. The staff were friendly, attentive and extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The food was affordable and delicious, and drinks were so competitively priced that we chose to use the bar rather than walk into town. Even our minor issue was dealt with promptly and with such a high level of customer service that we felt valued and looked after. The rooms might not be the biggest, and the location might mean the need for...

"Greatest customer service I’ve received in Auckland. Very attentive, welcoming and professional staff. Although it’s a new site and there’s no air con, the hotel makes up for it with stellar customer service, a beautiful courtyard, classy and intimate bar area plus you can’t beat the location. The cafe food and coffee are top notch. I’m writing this after booking my fourth stay"

"Close to everything, smallish rooms but didnt plan to spend much time in it anyway, clean, tidy, little patio outside the room which was very private and had a table and chairs, bedding clean as well as towels, flannels or face cloths would be a nice addition. "

"Nice updated motel room. Good security features, cameras outside and key card for room entry. Small for family of 5 but just what we needed for one night close to airport for early flight. "
