We recently checked out of a room and while the rest of the room was fine, there seemed to be vomit or a mould like substance on the curtains. This was a horrible find and we are pretty disappointed with the state of it. We understand that you are busy and possibly short staffed but this isn't an excuse for major sanitary concerns such as this. Have not had a response from the 2 emails I have sent

Great location, shame for the hotel that there are works going on outside but it will be such an asset for them when it’s done.
