"We booked 2 nights at this hotel. At the time of check in the staff were confused regarding how the booking was made and what bed types we had. Despite mentionned that we needed twin beds they did not seemed to acknowlige it. Also they were asking to pay for the room which was already paid before. "The Hotel is very good and it's positioned inside the Marina where there are many restaurants, bars and cafes as wel as sovenier shops. And one of the best walking locations in Hurghada. The only down point is that there is no swimming pool and the beach is quite far away othere than that every thing is perfect"

"When I booked I requested a low room. I struggle with stairs. I was put on the top floor for 1 night as they had no low floors available. First night was dreadful because of this and I was in a lot of pain with having to struggle getting up the stairs.
