Great place to relax for a few days. Extensive buffet, lots of selection at every meal. Nice to walk along beach. Can't swim from beach, too shallow, but there is a long dock with access to deep water. Only negative was front desk -- checking out and getting taxi can be challenging.

I booked a family room, and it was very spacious. The furniture wasn't new, but it was in decent condition. The bathroom, however, need some improvement. The facilities were excellent, and everything was conveniently located near the room. The pools were clean, and the sea was amazing. The aquapark at Stella Gardens was fantastic, and the shuttle bus was available throughout the day. The restaurant offered a wide variety of food, including salads, fruits, and desserts. While the quality may not have been premium, it was still very good. The snacks, however, were not that good. The staff was very helpful, especially during checkout. My wife slipped in the bathroom, and we had to leave one night earlier than planned. The team was very understanding and even prepared meals for our road trip. Special thanks to Sameh from the reception team and Hany, the Reception Manager, for their excellent support.

Nice food and a decent hotel. Beach is beautiful as well. Highlight is the pool-bar with Omar and Korrelos who both are very helpful and friendly. They also speak good english and german. Would recommend if you just want to have a relaxing time.

The floor on the room was very dirty. We needed to ask wet cleaning after just arrived. Some of the public toilets near the beach was also agly condition. There is NO free Wifi on this Hotel. There was many choices on food itself, but not so taisty. Beach area was full of broken chairs.

I’ve never been to an all inclusive before where everything costs extra - from fresh orange juice at breakfast to ice cream. It’s a real shame because the hotel has nice facilities but it’s ruined by the fact they’re trying to get more money out of you. The bar closes at 11pm and if you ask for more than two drinks (served in tiny glasses) the staff are often very rude to you. We’ve been to many all inclusive hotels and I’ve never experienced it before where the bar staff are so impolite. One barman slammed my mum’s drinks down because she asked for more than two. The food is ok but there’s often very large queues, which again we haven’t been used to at hotels of this standard. Sales people constantly go round the poolside trying to sell you trips and excursions, which is understandable but sometimes stops you from being able to relax. In the evening, the only area to sit and have a drink is by the entertainment, which is very loud. I think the hotel would benefit from opening another bar area or having the mini disco away from this main entertainment area. Due to these issues this hotel really doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. We’ve been to lots of similarly rated hotels (including other hotels in Egypt) and this is unfortunately the worst we’ve experienced in a while. If they improve their management and stop charging extra for everything this could be a great hotel!

Ottimo potenziale, ma da curare nei dettagli Resort in ottima posizione vicino alla spiaggia, circondato da negozietti esterni perfetti per fare affari contrattando sui prezzi. Molto comodo il servizio bagagli e belle le aiuole curate. Le piscine non hanno l'idromassaggio ma offrono una comoda postazione bar. Nota di merito al personale gentilissimo, specialmente alla signora che a colazione e cena prepara davanti agli occhi un pane caldo eccezionale (tipo pizza). Note dolenti: profumo decisamente esagerato alla reception, pulizia delle camere da migliorare e cibo troppo speziato. Infine, nota ecologica importante: vicino al pontile del reef vanno assolutamente rimossi i rifiuti in acqua (una ruota d'auto e metalli), che stonano con la limpidezza dell'acqua e dei numerosi pesci. Nel complesso una buona struttura, basterebbe poco per renderla eccellente.

Nous sommes arrivés dimanche 16 août avec mon fils de 16ans et mon mari . La chambre que j’avais demandé vu que j’avais un ado , donc 2 grands lits et une plus grande chambre, et bien on ne l’a pas eut!!! Ils nous ont apporté un clic clac!!!!! La nourriture toujours la même , et nous nous somme taper la diarrhée toute la semaine, même maintenant à mon retour, malgré 3 immodium et enterol par jours! Je suis déjà partie en Égypte à marsa alam , et n’ai jamais été malade!! On m’avait prévenu pour hurghada, que la bouffe et les hôtels étaient pas cher , et ce sont des usines! Plus jamais! C’est soit disant un 5 étoiles , il n’en vaut pas 3.

De informatie die je krijgt, komt niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Personeel spreekt nauwelijks Engels. In het restaurant zijn de personeelsleden snel met opruimen, terwijl je nog aan het eten bent. Spa voorziening is erg duur en stelt helemaal niets voor: zonde van je geld. Je hebt bijna geen rust en tijd om te zonnen: om de haverklap komen personeelsleden langs en word je gestuurd. Er komen veel extra kosten bij terwijl het all-in is. Vervoer is duur, omdat je verplicht ben om vanaf het hotel te regelen, want vervoer zoals taxi van buitenaf wordt niet geaccepteerd en toegelaten in het hotel. Leider ist der Strand nicht zum Baden geeignet, er ist sehr flach und es gibt Ebbe. Ein sehr langer Steg führt zu einer Badestelle, aber leider nicht der Badestrand den man erwachtet wenn man first row bucht. Das Personal scheint recht unzufrieden und Getränke werden nur spärlich serviert, selbst für Trinkgeld wird sich nicht wirklich bedankt. Wasser schmeckt sehr chlorig, Wein wie Essig, Bier und ouzo ist ok. Aber trotz all incl kein aperol o.ä. Einigermaßen trinkbare Cocktails kosten extra. Das einzige Restaurant ist für die Gästezahl zu klein und man muss lange anstehen. Auch der Aussenimbiss ist zu Stoßzeiten zu klein konzipiert. Eine ruhige Aussenbar abseits der ( recht schlechten) Minidisko und Animation wäre wünschenswert. Die liegen am Pool und Strand sind größtenteils defekt und Polster durchgelegen.

Außergewöhnlich gutes Essen, viel lokales ägyptisches Essen und wahnsinnig große Auswahl! Angenehm ruhig. Softe Animation gab es, haben wir nicht genutzt. Sehr schöne Gartenanlage, kleines nettes Riff zum schnorcheln. Leider wurde der Steg zum Sonnenuntergang geschlossen. Wir würden wieder kommen.
