All staff are welcoming and friendly at the resort, from reception, cleaning staff, hospitality, animation team, security etc. they try and help you with any queries you may have from the moment you check-in. this hotel also has its own private beach and a huge central pool which runs down the centre of the resort, with a swim up bar and different areas of depths depending on your preference. The beach is decked with complimentary sunbeds / umbrellas with toilets nearby. we never struggled to get a sunbed, you dont have to put yout towel out early and have a variety of options to sit by the pool. there are also a few outdoor bars which serve food and drink in close proximity to both the pool and beach front.
