The reception staff are extremely incompetent and lack any customer service skills - I emailed twice in advance to ask about an airport pick up or to advise what we should pay for a taxi and they acknowledged they read it and ignored it. You need towel cards for the beach but reception won’t offer you them when you check in because ‘not everyone uses the beach when staying’. Whilst trying to relax on the beach - you are disturbed constantly by sales people , I was holidaying with my mum and Micheal from the spa insisted her face was too hairy and he must thread it to make her more beautiful, and then kept coming over every hour repeating himself- and knocking her self esteem - until I told him directly he is rude and to leave us alone. If you are a Middle Aged German couple - as seem to be the main clientele there - you will probably enjoy but as a 30 year old western women I was harassed by bar staff and shop staff constantly, them following me, refusing to give me drinks unless I told them back ‘I like them ‘ and just generally making me feel so uncomfortable. The only saving grace of this hotel is the restaurant staff who were very nice and the view from the room. The room was clean but if you are larger you would struggle to get into the shower between the sink and shower door as it’s poorly designed. Nous (en couple) sommes parti en Égypte avec une amie. L’hôtel était surbooké et leur solution a été de nous proposer (en insistant très fortement et en nous faisant culpabiliser) une chambre pour trois! Sans compensation en plus! Alors que nous avons deux réservations différentes, faites par deux plateformes différentes. Du jamais vu! Finalement nous avons eu nos chambres… après une belle bataille. Les chambres: en soit, elle reflète le prix. Simple avec des lits confortables. MAIS la propreté de la salle de bain laisse à désirer, de la moisissure sur les joints et des portes de douche qui fatiguent. En plus, nous avons eu droit à de l’eau brune lors d’une de nos douches! La carte de la chambre se désactivait constamment… tous les deux jours nous devions aller voir la réception. La nourriture: Avant notre arrivée à l’hôtel, nous avions passé une semaine à manger égyptien - aucun soucis. Après les premiers repas, notre amie tombe malade, le lendemain c’était à notre tour… la coïncidence est bizarre, on soupçonne les glaçons ou fruits. Le personnel est plutôt sympa mais pas tout le monde! Le spa et les autres prestations: fuyez et allez en ville 70% moins cher pour les mêmes prestations! Das Hotel selbst ist gut, die Anlage gepflegt und der Service war hervorragend. Die Mitarbeiter waren jederzeit freundlich und sehr bemüht, sodass man sich willkommen gefühlt hat. Das große Problem war jedoch das Essen. Leider war es eine einzige Katastrophe. Es gab kaum Abwechslung, die Speisen haben entweder alle gleich geschmeckt oder nach gar nichts. Nur aufgrund des Essens würden wir das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen. Zum Glück haben die Ausflüge unseren Urlaub wirklich bereichert und ihn zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht – ohne diese wäre unser Aufenthalt deutlich enttäuschender gewesen. Trevligt poolområde med bar och musik. Maten var inte så varierande men helt okej. Fln utsikt och städningen var vi väldigt nöjda med. SPA är fräscht och inbjudande ( mot betalning).
