"I was looking for an escape from NYC and got more than I bargained for. There is nothing like it in all of Kingston. Pulse Suites is a rare gem! I was able to relax and work in this tranquil green escape in the hills of Kingston. The view from my room overlooked a lush valley with birds waking me up in the mornings instead of my alarm clock. "My only problem with this property is the parking situation! If you have a car make sure they guarantee you a parking spot before you book! I was given a number but they had a car in that spot the whole time I was there, this make my stay very inconvenient. I was woke up in the night by security to move my car because the owner park in spot am supposed to use or whoever that let use the parking space. Don’t advertise parking if you can’t accommodate it "

"Stay went well but the communication from the property owner is terrible. We paid a security deposit for my husband's stay in February and still have not receieved a refund. We have sent several messages via whatsapp and have been ignored, we can see that they have been online and are simply ignorinh us. No matter how nice a place is, that won't get you repeat business!! Please answer us about our refund?!?!"
