"Perfectly clean, staff polite. However, the property is quite tired and run down. Light leaking around the edges of the curtains. I had a very odd layout of the room with the shower in the entrance way of the room. The sheets and pillows were clean but clearly old. "

"The pub itself was lovely and welcoming, check in was easy, however there were a few things that i personally consider needs addressing The restaurant doesn’t start serving food for guests until 6.30 pm and when you have been on business all day i just wanted to relax with some nice food and a glass of wine, the reception told me the chip shop was open, that is where i went. The room on arrival was very cold as the radiator was not on, blinds in the bathroom did not close and the towel rail was very dirty, the netflix channel was stuck on a foreign language so couldn’t access or add my account, please also consider removing the green light that stays on all night inside the room by the door, it was very difficult to block it out, however breakfast was amazing "

"Just had our second stay here and looking forward to our next one. Room was very clean and comfortable and lovely and warm. Big super king bed and very comfortable. It's handy having the Bar and Restaurant on the same property if you don't feel like going far....we had a nice meal there and the young Bar Man there was just brilliant, could not have been more helpful and caring. Tea/Coffee/Biscuits replenished each day. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. All the staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. Plenty of parking available. A very well equipped gym available free of charge. All in all a very pleasant stay. Thankyou 🌟"

"Hotels a bit run down, heating in room was all turned off and took ages to warm up. Hot water in shower was intermittent going from boiling hot to freezing cold. Breakfast options were low quality other than the cooked breakfast which was small servings, didn’t even have a coffee machine to make Lattes etc. "
