"The airport shuttle only runs every hour. So if you have a 8:15 arrival and make it to the designated spot at 9:02, you will be waiting until 10:00 for the next shuttle. A uber to the hotel is under $20.00. Good location for shopping mall and eateries. Walking distance to alot of places. Will be staying there again next time I am in Miami. "

"I had an early morning flight and this is close to the airport and reasonably priced. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, I had to leave at 5 am and the first shuttle to the airport is at 6 or 6:30 am and breakfast at the hotel doesn’t open until 6 am so it’s not convenient if you need to get to the airport early. Also, the last evening shuttle is at 9:30 pm so they’re not accommodating late flights either. I dropped the rental car off the night before and used the shuttle to get...

"Excellent customer service. It was top notch. I cannot remember the name of the lady at the front desk that wears the glasses I think her name is Evy, I absolutely love her. She is amazing. Great customer service. All round wonderful person. The gym is small, but can be used. The lobby was always clean and smells amazing. The only issues I had with the property is that the bathroom tub needs to changed and the doors were so hard to open as I believe that they just painted them. "
