"What a beautiful stay. The food was delicious. Our favorite was the taco bar open until 5 am. We had a wonderful time. My only dislike was the massage I received. All she did was rub lotion on me. No actual massage and she stopped several times."

"It was our third time staying at the Princess resort, and although our stays are quick we really enjoy all the amenities, since the property has been renewed, you get cleaner updated rooms, if you travel with small children the waterpark was updated and is bigger which now adults n kids can enjoy. Everyone from lobby to the beach bar were excellent. A new arcade room was built next to the sport bar, and the menu there was expanded a bit. You don't get a 5 star food but it is tasty. I would definitely recommend this resort for Adults or Families, there is something for everyone."

"The staff at the property was great. A special thank you to Laura, our personal concierge. She was exceptional and took care of all our needs. Her attentiveness enhanced our experience. There is one aspect that was a little disapointing, was the division of guests. The property offers Reserve rooms at higher price which includes the use of extra onside amenities such as an additional pool, bar and restaurant. So if you are not staying in this type of room, you are not permitted to use these areas. While I understand paying extra for larger room and services such as the spa, I disagree with restricting access to amenities. Walking past these areas knowing they are off limits lessen the otherwise enjoyable and relaxing stay."

"We recently stayed at the Paradisus Playa del Carmen and loved every minute! Having visited many Mexican resorts, I can confidently say this is the best one yet—we were already planning our return before we even checked out. The service is top-tier. We felt pampered and special thanks to the incredibly friendly staff. A special shout-out to the 24/7 Nespresso shop team, especially Oriel, for the best coffee and treats. We also loved the thoughtful details, like poolside mangoes on a stick and local sweets around the resort. We celebrated my mother-in-law’s birthday, and the staff ensured it was perfect. From surprise gifts in her room to an incredible birthday dinner at Cielo—thanks to our wonderful server, Fernando—the experience was flawless. A huge thank you to Angelo, the concierge, for making her day so memorable. The animation and kids’ club teams were the highlight of our trip. Our children were constantly engaged with fun, creative activities like face painting, crafts, and games. They loved it so much they begged to go! Thank you to everyone at the resort for your hard work. You truly created an unforgettable family experience!"
