"We had a Club room and access to the Club lounge for our week long stay. Leon was the staff member looking after the Club Lounge for most of our stay. He was friendly, respectful, anticipated our needs and ensured we knew what was available to us. He ensured we were happy with our stay and time in the lounge. Don't think he could have been better! He made us feel at home and that he truly cated about making our stay the best it could be. Leon was hospitality at its finest."

"Just 5min walk from the HBF. The room was surprisingly bigger than expected. Its like a studio apartment with a small kitchen and bug fridge. Only thing was that throughout the 4 days stay, they only provide 1 bottle of drinking water. After all have to buy."

I stayed fir Gamescom the train was convenient and saved time and money. There is a 24 hour gym. Restaurant and helpful staff. Bonus, the air conditioner works AC is rare in Cologne"
