Online check-in and check-out was very efficient. Room size itself is good too. However, it seems the change of ownership didn’t do the hotel well. There are no more Japanese shops (nor hairdresser) in the hotel. Also the A/C was barely working in our room (room 245). Water pressure from the shower was low as well. Wallpaper in the hallways is also starting to let loose. All in all, I would go back to this hotel because of its location.
