Hotel was nice, but still seemed to be not fully ready to be opened. There was still construction going on around & inside the hotel & things like the restaurant didn't have posted hours or proper menus. Staff was very nice & helpful & the room was good. I do wish there had been some lighter/thinner bed sheets, though.

I had a fantastic stay at Essential by Dorint in Düsseldorf. The hotel is brand new, having opened just two months ago, and it truly shows. The entire facility is immaculate and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. There’s also an on-site bar and restaurant, both of which served very good food and added great convenience to the stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again. 10/10

The hotel overal is super new, but it feels was finished on a rush. The walls had no finish, our shower was wetting the whole bathroom floor and you could see every there was something unfinished. Also, breakfast was quite expensive for what was offered. The staff was really friendly tough :)

Dafür das es ein neu eröffnetes Hotel ist, wirkt es jetzt schon abgenutzt. Dreckiger Teppichboden im Zimmer, Mini Bad, kein Schrank, nicht besonders sauber. Das Frühstück von der Auswahl eher wenig. Viel junges Personal, zwar sehr nett aber eben nicht professionell. Würde dort kein Zimmer mehr buchen. Schade

翌朝が早い飛行機だったため空港から近いホテルで手頃な価格を探しました。デュッセルドルフ中央駅からホテルまでタクシーで約25€でした。着いてみると非常に綺麗で、レセプションも丁寧な対応で、翌朝4時にタクシーを呼んでもらうように依頼するとカードでも現金でも使えるので心配ないと言われて一安心。ホテルからデュッセルドルフドルフ空港まで約22€でした。21時にチェックインして3:45にティックアウトには勿体無いホテルでした。ホテルにタクシーがつくのは-1Fでそこにはレストランがあり、自分たちは駅で食べてから向かいましたが、知ってればこのレストランの方が良かったんじゃないかなと思います。

Baustelle rund um das Hotel herum. Deswegen hat immerhin das Parken nichts gekostet. Duschtür ohne Dichtung unten und deswegen lief das Wasser direkt beim Duschen raus bis ins Zimmer. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ansonsten neues und stylishes Hotel. Die Lage ist aber perfekt, um am nächsten Tag von dort zum Flughafen zu fahren. (6Min)
