"Room was ok but needed a hoover. Not been done for a few days. Towels and bedding were clean. Breakfast was included in price, but failed to mention not a hot meal. Cereals, yogurt and toast only. Cooked breakfast was extra. No mention of this when booking. Staff were pleasant. Room with balcony had very good views. No venue parking, just in the public car park across the way. Overall 3/5. "

"Amazing as we remember it when we last came 9 years ago, had a Warm Welcome on arrival from Tracy's Son and we stayed in exactly the same room as we did 9 years ago.
