"Stayed for one night in Oxford- Room was clean and comfortable - no air conditioning - we had a comfortable night but may be unbearable in warmer weather. Staff was very accommodating - let us store our luggage both before checkin and after. Stairs leading up to room are very steep- but overall an excellent place to stay . "

"The property is clean and cozy. Excellentt staff service . I manage to have a good sleep but really suggest that they needed to extra cushion as the spring of the bed is feeling on your back. But overall all good as its easy access to city center. Highly recommended this property. "

"Newly renovated and very up to date. Breakfast perfect choices. Bit daunting by self check in but no issues. Only downsides were the walk from The Ridgeway down a busy road (hotel can’t help that!), and that there was no food in the evening (but crockery provided if takeaway ordered ( leaflets provided))."

"Greeted on arrival and all was explained as I was shown to my room. The room and bathroom were clean. Bedside lamp had USB points which was convenient. Breakfast was simple although three out of the six tables had not been cleared after guests that had been and gone by 9:00 - in fact I didn't see any staff at all in the morning before I left at 10:00 although it had been explained that I could simply leave in the morning with no checkout required."

"Seemed a bit busy/disorganised during the booking and payment process so I was a little worried but it seemed this was due to a change of management and all was fine. If fact, they were very helpful in amending our booking and carrying luggage etc. The room was quaint and quirky, quite quiet and comfortable."

"To get approval to stay was so complex with passport photos for all and then after that selfies with passport photo required which was very odd. Then on arrival the Klevio electronic key didn’t work Despite many attempts. The key box had been ripped off the wall. The external part of the house was appalling. Finally soneone came and let me in. The WiFi didn’t work and phone signal poor. The garden was full of weeds with burnt out wood wall shelf. The dishwasher didn’t work. The tv didn’t work....

"Bedrooms lovely but tight around beds. but en-suites quite roomy. So easy for different groups to do different things in the huge barn dinning/kitchen/lounge. Our 4 and 6 aged grand sons loved the space and outdoors games. Trampoline, football, table tennis etc. Google the grinding barn for easy location guidance as 3 of our 4 cars struggled with the given directions."
