Really disappointed. Room condition (especially bathroom) was poor - bath not draining, tiles hanging off wall, needs a redecorate. The breakfast was nice but we were sat amongst a sea of uncleared tables. The hotel is definitely only an equivalent of a 4 star - there are better in London for equal money. I would not stay here again or recommend it. Overpriced for the service.

Great property and excellent room. Staff could be more knowledgeable about metro/uber/places around. Outstanding breakfast with good options for vegetarians also. Overall great experience!

we enjoyed a coffee in the In Loco Café opposite which is Alice and Wonderland themed and has enormous slices of cake. my daughters enjoyed spotting the Harry Potter connections particularly the Hogwarts Dining room which was the setting for the film.
