Room was clean and well updated. Malcolm was a great help to us. We were there on a Saturday, so parked on the street for free. There is some parking available. Loved the location and the dual fans in our family room! We would stay here again!

The room was very clean and spacious. Bed comfortable. Food left for us was much appreciated and everything we needed really. Staff member on at the weekend was very personable and most helpful when we enquired about public transport, etc. Hotel was in a very convenient place for us as we had to go to a concert at Blenheim. We had a very nice stay overall, would definitely return.

Great place to stay. The cooking facilities help as lot to keep cost down. Handy walk to Summertown for grocery shop in M & S. Very clean establishment, friendly staff.

Really lovely place with comfy bed, powerful shower, quiet room, good location and friendly staff. Only downside is the WiFi which fluctuated from very good to barely any signal and back. Quite frustrating, but my phone was also struggling so maybe it’s an issue with the area rather than the hotel. Very nice place though, definitely return.

We stayed for three nights at Marlborough House in September. We found the entire place to be very fresh and well maintained. It had a feeling of being recently renovated that was very enjoyable. The single room was spacious with a table, desk and cupboard. The bathroom was small with no place to put your things around the sink, as is very common in England and Europe. The shower had us a bit puzzled at first but we eventually figured it out. You don't use the bathtub taps at all. Use the left knob on the shower to regulate the temperature and the right knob to adjust the water volume. There is a small kitchenette area which is fully supplied, and a minibar with items for purchase. We arrived after 3:00 pm and did not interact with staff because the reception was closed. However, the instructions to access the key worked just fine. In that way, it was more like an AirBnB than a hotel. Marlborough House is located a ways north of the High Street and the Colleges. It is an easy 25 minute walk on a very direct route. There is a bus stop right outside the House and a 10 minute bus ride takes you right to the town centre. I would recommend Marlborough House and would stay here again.
