Beautiful place to stay in very private and quiet neighborhood. Room, staff and breakfast were beautiful. We were in room 4 or 6 which was on main level behind desk and kitchen so a little loud in morning so request other rooms. Beautiful sitting area outside. It was nice to stay away from crowded touristy areas but it did require a slight walk (10-15Min) to get to Metro (Flamino) station. As a result did discover Borghese Park which is beautiful and would not have seen otherwise. Would definitely recommend, very friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel was lovely. Stayed with hubby & 2 boys under 6. Buffet breakfast was really good. Rooms were a lovely size & accommodation was clean. Staff were friendly & helpful. In a good location, short walk to metro, lots of buses in area. Nice walk to some main attractions.
Would definitely recommend to others.
Only disappointment was being overcharged when leaving for city tax. We were charged the rate of 4 adults when in fact it should have been just 2 as our children should have been exempt. I emailed the hotel immediately upon return to query a refund but received no response. Highly disappointed after such a lovely stay.
We stayed at Pulitzer for 5 days, and it couldn't have been better. I have traveled in Europe/Italy several time, however, this was the first trip for my family and friend. The hotel was clean, with great sized rooms and bathrooms. The location was very convenient with a Metro stop very close by. Breakfast was thoroghly enjoyed with a very pleasant dining staff. All the hotel staff were kind and helpful, and I will be recommending this hotel to friends and familly, not to mention staying there again myself. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! As for the "Ladies of the Evening", they were the cleanest women of that profession I've seen, and really were no bother or worry. Please don't let that affect your choosing this hotel!!
Exllent bed and breakfast. Staff take pride in their work and strive to make your stay the best it can be. I would stay there again.
Service is top notch. They assist with booking/reserving tickets to the main sites so you do not have to wait in line. Lines can be horrendous at the popular sites such as the Colosseum or the Vatican and tickets to the Borghese Gallery are limited so their services invaluable.
Rooms are very clean, well maintained and have wifi.
Breakfast is fresh and delicious. I got an omelette, bread, croissant, fruit, fresh orange juice and a coffee. It is delivered to your room at a time you nominate.
It is located just outside Ottaviano station and very close to the Vatican. The metro is easy to use and frequent so it is quick and easy to get around at any metro station.

The hotel is nicely situated along an inlet from the ocean. There are many restaurants and some shops to go to. The hotel charges for towels at the pool and women must wear bathing caps which if you don't have you must pay for. I find the whole pool situation to be very odd.
This was by far the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in - could not fault it!! My room was divine and hotel amenities / facilities were everything you would expect from a Hilton Hotel. The service from staff was exceptional - made me feel like a VIP!! Some of the extras (e.g. In-Room Service) seemed a bit expensive, but honestly, it's worth every penny to experience this place. Highly recommended!!!
We had a 3 night stay here and loved it. The staff are amazing, so helpful, pleasant and efficient. The hotel is lovely, modern, spotless and great to return to after a few hours sight seeing in the heat. The liquid area is very relaxing, the coffee great. We liked the room but a bit more privacy in the shower would have been better for a couple of friends, however we worked it out! Turn down service was good as was the breakfast. The staff at reception always called you by your name, a lovely touch for a big hotel. Would definitely return here. The hotel is at the top of a steep hill but we found out we could nip into the carpark and take the lift up which was very useful if you have any walking difficulties. Highly recommended.
When we pulled up at the hotel my boyfriend looked lost, we arrived early on a Sunday and the front door to hotel was closed and other than a little plaque on the side, it could've been anywhere.
That feeling was short-lived and after we got shown our room and given a map of the local area, we quickly set off to go and explore! The hotel is perfectly located and although we had no real view it wasn't an issue, nor was the road noise as by 8pm most of the city hustle and bustle dies down on the road, but even so, our room had double glazed windows and the traffic was not a worry- I feel i need to mention this as so many others have mentioned it and it did nearly put me off, this and not having a view. Again, there was so much to see and do during the day, that at night all we wanted to do was sleep.
Joe liked the bed so much, that his convinced himself we need a new one :)
The staff were super helpful and very friendly; nothing was too much to ask for.
Although advertised as a hotel, I think it should be advertised as a B&B as they only serve breakfast and reception is only manned until from about 7am-7pm.
Overall, a great stay in a very cool and quirky hotel and we'll gladly stay there on my next visit, this was most certainly a great first introductory to the city and the warm hospitality of its people.
