Property was good, rooms were relatively clean and the pool area was nice. Need to wear caps to swim, but they are provided. Prices were high for food and drinks. We booked a room with 2 queen beds and we got 2 double beds which was annoying, but the absolute worst of all is we suffered of heat all night. The “a/c”, if you can even call it that, was controlled by the hotel and not in each room. Awful heat all night, none of us slept. Would not return.

The front desk are not very friendly, no smile and they have stoned face. Theres the communication barrier that they can not explain the breakdown of the bill, so i have to come back to ask for itemized bill which is still can not provide, so i have to figure it out. Then they speak Italian in front which it sounds like they talking about a customer. The room is very hot, i can understand it was 98 degrees outside but night time i would expect it to be cooler. The carpet is very outdated and smelly. And for their location that is not accessible to any restaurant or fastfood, i wished they have small convenient store for late night dinner or snacks.

Estuve hospedado con mi pareja y mi madre desde el 11 de julio hasta el 17 de julio de 2026. El hotel en general estaba bien. La ubicación no es la mejor porque está a unos 25 minutos del centro en donde ocurren todas actividades en Roma. Sin embargo, el hotel es cómodo, luce bien en sus áreas comunes y la piscina estuvo muy buena. Además el restaurante tiene una buena oferta culinaria. No obstante, tiene varias areas qué mejorar como los es la apariencia de las habitaciones que parecen anticuadas y ya van teniendo un poco de olor a pesar del buen servicio de limpieza diaria que no faltó. También creo que el desayuno puede mejorar, ya que durante todos los días de nuestra estadía, sirvieron exactamente el mismo menú sin variación. Aunque en el último día, mi pareja se animó a preguntar si podían preparar pancakes y la respuesta fue afirmativa, no nos fue evidente que ordenar alguna preparación adicional era una posibilidad.

What you would expect for right outside Rome, food was a little expensive, but good proximity to train stop which you can buy train tickets at the front desk which is nice, just plan accordingly because they don’t have unlimited train tickets. Aside from wearing a shower cap, the pool was a nice midday break from the Rome summer heat!

THIS IS THE BEST LOCATION FROM THE AIRPORT AND EASY TO GET AROUND WHEN GOING INTO TOWN IN ROME. THE STAFF IS GREAT VERY HELPFULL AND VERY NICE. WE HAVE STAYED HERE SEVERAL TIMES WHEN GOING ON CRUISES OR TRAVELING THROUGH ROME ITS A GOOD SPOT OUTSIDE OF TOWN. THE ROOMS HAVE ALL BEEN RENOVATED SO THEY ARE GREAT. Definitely not a four star property. The pros were the breakfast was fantastic, and the rooms have ac which is a must for a Roman summer. The location is also quite close to the airport. The cons unfortunately outweigh since the hotel is very tired and dated. There is a mold and mildew smell in the rooms, only one USB A socket, bathroom tub had stains, the bathroom mirror was chipped, the chain lock in the room was broken, the bed was uncomfortable. Won't stay here again.

The property was not near any shops or restaurants. It has a restaurant inside, a bar you can order food and drinks, and a pool area with an outside bar for food and drinks. The pool area is nice. The train is near by. The hotel has a shuttle to the airport which was great and the airport is very close. They do not shuttle you to the city center. Their directions to the train station were not great but we found people along the way to guide us. You can buy the train/subway tickets from the hotel which is great. Once you figure out the train/subway it’s pretty easy to get around. Getting to the Colosseum from the subway is very easy.

The hotel and rooms were very clean and modern, the pool area was very nice with a poolside bar. The breakfast was okay but not worth the amount they charge, the food that was supposed to be hot (eggs,bacon,hash browns) were stone cold every morning, the restaurant staff a dinner time were very rude to anyone that couldn't speak Italian if you had questions about the food and how it's prepared because the menu doesn't provide mush if a description of the dishes offered but unfortunately you are limited to choices in the area to eat. The airport shuttle was convenient and that is why we choose to end our vacation here. Overall we were pleased except for the dinners . We would probably stay here again because of the hotel and the amenities.
