We have stayed at this hotel many times. The location is great and the staff is very professional. They are always responsive to any concerns that arise. We have considered other locations but we continue to find this hotel to be our choice when in London.

I booked a room here for my husband and I for his birthday. I had previously stayed here as part of my hen night so knew the hotel is lovely and if anything, the hotel has got even better. We had dinner in the winter garden - their 'opera night' - a 5 course meal and champagne interspersed with live opera singers - which was fantastic. The staff were really attentive but unobtrusive, the food divine and the room spacious and comfortable. Breakfast the following day was also worth it. I can't wait to go back.
Comfortable beds, very clean, spacious room, close to train station and paddington station for the airport train. Generous breakfast. Friendly staff. Good facilities: gym, swimming pool... Highly recommended.
This was my fourth stay in this hotel, and it's always a pleasure to stay here. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located. The tube station is only a 2 minute walk from the hotel.
