"Gorgeous view of the lake in a tiny cabin. The second bedroom is really a doorless loft, so it was a little smaller than we thought from the listing. The best part was really the deck (where we sat out for dinner- pizza from the restaurant up the street) and looking out over the water. The cabin was well arranged, we had everything we needed, would recommend."

"The place was very comfortable, has excellent privacy and is close to town. The cabin is spacious, well provisioned, clean and has a picture perfect view of the river. I really liked the giant back yard and a good trail to the river. Most importantly, the owners went out of their way to provide complete privacy while making sure they would quickly respond to any of our requests. That is our third trip to Forks and our first staying there. I'll definitely stay there again."

"We enjoyed spending New Years at Lake Sutherland! There is a lot to do nearby even in the winter, and the house is lovely. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening and watching the fog roll in and out of the lake. The house is very well outfitted and was great for two couples. We all thought the beds were comfortable, too. "This was a stellar property well appointed, cozy bedding, well stocked and labeled kitchen, cordless charging in each bedroom, and heated floors. Easy 10 minute drive to downtown Port Angeles. On clear days there are beautiful distant views of the water. The surrounding garden on the property made it feel like a woodland fairytale. Diana was a responsive host. Don’t hesitate to book it!"

"Eagles nest was amazing. The view couldn’t be better and the cabin was perfect for my fiancé and I. Even though it is located off the highway, the vehicle noise was drowned out by the beautiful mountainside and lake. We had a sedan so we didn’t feel comfortable going down the hill with it however there was parking above that worked great. The property is central to several parks and amenities. Would stay again."

"Our stay at this cabin was the perfect start to our spring break vacation! The grounds are absolutely beautiful, and the cabin's location provided a great staging ground for excursions to Forks, Rialto Beach, and the Hoh Rain Forest. The cabin itself was cozy and outfitted with everything we needed. The hosts provided clear directions on how to get to the cabin and both check in and check out was very smooth. Overall it was a great experience!"

"This was our first time to the Pacific Northwest. We stayed here at the suggestion of friends and it was just lovely. The cabin has several little touches that made it a perfect place for our little family. I am glad we went to the cabin before purchasing groceries so we could see what was already there. Our one 'not so great' thing was how close the cabin is to the highway. We did hear cars early in the morning, so it's not quite as secluded as we thought. Don't let that deter you from staying....

"My wife and I took our two daughters (11 yo and 9 yo) and my in-laws to visit the Olympic area. We had a blast! The house was perfect for our group! Pros: Central location to all the sights you want to see in Olympic. (The joke with our group was that “everything is an hour from the house.”) Amenities are great. The game room was a hit with the kids and grandparents. The hot tub was a hit all around. Doing the “polar bear challenge” in the sol duc river was a hilarious end to each day. Cooking...
