Spacey mudroom for all your wet and dirty gear, boot dryer, washer and dryer in mud room. Driveway will fit any type of vehicle including travel trailers, utility trailers, and smaller boats. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit on those clear sky nights. Camp chairs and a limited amount of firewood will be included. Large Roku tv in living room and in master bedroom. Equipped kitchen for those who want to cook a home made meal, and a coffee bar for all the caffeine lovers. If theres any special requests do not hesitate to ask, there’s no guarantees but we can do our best to fulfill them!

•Let’s help out our cleaners by cleaning any messes made. There will be a broom/ vacuum/mop and other cleaning supplies available.
•There is outdoor cameras on the property at each entry, you will be able to disable them upon arrival for your privacy but please plug back in before you leave.
•Turn lights and heaters off before checkout.
•Small Events are allowed just be mindful of volume and neighbors.
• please try to stay within the 5 person per night limit. An additional $20 per person staying over night will be charged. We will be able to supply a blow up mattress for an extra bed at no extra cost upon request. •Garage room is off limits to guests and will be locked.
