"The apartment was perfect. The size was great for 3 people, and 4 would be easy as well. It was quiet. The directions to get into the courtyard and subsequently the apartment were detailed and easy to follow. The apartment is close to many styles of restaurants. We each did a different restaurant with take-out and brought it back to the apartment because it is has such a comfortable atmosphere and that allowed us to choose different dishes. "Lovely hotel right in the centre of Krakow, only few minutes walk down one street and you’re in the main square. Staff on reception were all really helpful and friendly as were those working in the restaurant at breakfast time. Very pleasant, mannerable and friendly. We stayed in a superior room on the second floor, spacious with all required amenities, loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom."

"This is an excellent hotel. The staff are especially friendly and efficient. It’s located in a convenient area with a 10 minute walk to the centre and 2 minutes from the river and Wawel Castle. There was some road works going on close to the hotel, but they’re likely to be completed soon. Overall an excellent place to stay in Kracow. "

We rented the Imperial and the room below. The Imperial is incredible. THERE IS A PRIVATE HOTUB ON THE ROOF THAT LITERALLY OPENS TO VIEWS OF THE WAWAL CASTLE 🏰 NEXT DOOR!!! AMAZING FOOD. "Very nice place to stay right on the market square. Had a suite and it was truly amazing, and very clean just like the rest of the establishment. Example one morning after breakfast, one of the staff was cleaning the elevator to include the mirror. Staff was very nice and courteous. Breakfast was so delicious and freshly made. Ate dinner in the restaurant one night and it was amazing and again staff was great. I would stay here again if I plan to go to Krakow again. "

"This was a lovely apartment in a great location for accessing both old town and Jewish Quarter, had all necessary amenities and was a great price. I've not given 5 stars as paintwork could be doing with being touched up, the pillows are too soft, it's 2 single quilts on a double bed (2 singles pushed together) and the street itself is not the nicest due to renovation work. Also, there is no name of the actual apartments outside so wasn't the easiest to find. But i would stay again. "
