Great hotel in quiet street within short distance of the Market Place
The hotel is spotlessly clean with comfortable rooms. A decanter of cherry vodka in the room was a nice touch & welcome after a hard day sight seeing!
All the staff were friendly, helpful & efficient.
Breakfast is a buffet with a good selection of meats, cheeses, fruit & cakes
All in all a great hotel.
Great little hotel in a great location. The price for the location is really good. It is just one minutes walk from central square, St Mary's church and the Cloth Hall. Everything within the old town is within no more than 10 mins walk. Good size room and staff very friendly. Good continental breakfast. Free wifi.

A resort hotel it is not but if you have come to Krakow to explore its history and its life then you could do little better than stay here. it is just minutes away from the main square and easy access to all the other places you may wish to see. The hotel only serves breakfast, but what a breakfast it is! With all the cafes and bars of the old town within easy walking distance there is never a problem finding food and drink, however the hotel is just far away enough for its street is quiet in the evenings. The staff are always on hand to help with any arrangements you may have and are happy to find things out for you if you can't find what you are looking for. I've stayed here before and my return only served to confirm my feelings for the place. I would certainly return.

Stayed for 4 nights in March. Found hotel whilst booking a short break. It is very close to the old town. The only possible down side is the busy tram tracks outside (Although the noise didn't bother either of us)
The staff spoke English willingly and were happy to help out in any way.
The hotel is better inside than it appears from the outside. Everything is in good order and clean. We had no problems with the hotel and really enjoyed ourselves.
We look forward to staying here again

Booked taxi from airport by arranging it with the hotel, as cheaper than through Experian - you pay the driver direct. We booked the return journey when we arrived at the hotel. The staff speak good English, and are anxious to please, including any dietary requirements. The hotel entrance would be easy to miss at street level, but once inside, it opens up, and goes back a long way. Hotel has 3 floors, but no lift - just think of it as the start of a 'get fit' regime. There are 71 steps to the third floor, and the quiet rooms are at the back of the hotel. Beware of the sloping ceiling at one end of the room on the third floor! Hot water 24/7, and good water pressure from the shower. Good value for money with breakfast & free WiFi included. Would definitely recommend.

The location was awesome! The entrance was a little confusing at first because we didn't know that the office was on the 1st (American 2nd) floor. Once we found the office, they gave us the keys, and there are locks to your room and your floor. The only problem was their internet at the time. My husband was attempting to work in the room, but the internet did not work on the top floor, and the office had already closed. He had to complete his conference call in the stairwell. The next morning, the owner seemed to genuinely be sorry and wanted to get it fixed right away. Other than that the hotel was great, the breakfast in the morning was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

We chose this as it is close to the castle and not too far from the old city. The rooms were excellent - numbers 35 and 16 and they were clean and in great condition. Good showers and comfortable beds. We enjoyed breakfasts which were European - no bacon and eggs, but plenty of cold meats, cheeses, breads and some hot foods.
