My wife and I spent a week in Krakow on a city break Nov 2014. We were very happy with our choice of hotel. The location is excellent in the Old Town next to the Florianski Gate, so convenient for many of the sites. Our room was great. It looked like it had been recently refurbished, and was a good size. The only caveat was that this was the second room we were offered. The first room was a twin (having booked a double) - and it was much less attractive (older furniture, bedding, décor etc). Public rooms / reception etc were fine. The hotel is in the process of being refurbished in the next few months, so you might want to check exactly what you are getting until that's completed. The breakfast was good with a wide choice, including the equivalent of what would be a lunchtime buffet in the UK. We liked it but it does have some unusual foods for a UK breakfast palate. The coffee was no better than OK - but I noticed others ordered latte's etc and this didn't seem to be an issue. Minor points - hairdryer supplied but not advertised, kettle advertised but not supplied.

We stayed in the new Jazz suite of the hotel. It was stylish, modern and comfortable. The telescope for the glass ceiling was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially considering our very limited Polish vocabulary.

Really helpful staff, called us a cab and even called a second one when we managed to miss it.
hotel desk is open 24 hours so nice and easy when we arrived on a late flight
Good size room for the price. Brilliant location on the main square but never any problems getting to sleep.
The location can't get better than this. It's bang in the middle of all the activity. There's some street noise consequently, but that doesn't bother me.
Nicely maintained premises, small but clean rooms and a lovely breakfast area with a nice spread. The staff was very friendly and informative about local sightseeing and do's and don't. Shout outs to both the Patrycya's for their hospitality and helpfulness.

Short break in Krakow and a tour to Auschwitz. The hotel is the briefest walk from the market square, quietly located and unbelievably convenient for some lovely restaurants. So much choice, we didn't have opportunity to dine in the hotel restaurant but the breakfast was good with more than enough choice.
The market square is beautiful for sightseeing and a great place to relax, or party if you're not as old as we are. An easy walk to Kazimierz or to the castle, which are well worth the effort.
Staff were unobtrusive and helpful - and everyone spoke english very well. The room, which would be called a suite in some other hotels, was quiet, comfortable and spotless. Even the Wi-Fi worked well.
Transfers from and to the airport, arranged thru Expedia with Via Hansa Warsaw were excellent and they even managed to locate and return a tablet that I had lost.
Overall the whole experience was excellent and we're already planning a return.
